We want you to love your Rebecca Pitcher home goods, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring delicate home textiles or ceramics are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
